Wipro Infotech has launched the Wipro eHelpline, a web based call management software and Wipro eAsset, an IT asset management tool. Wipro eHelpline ver1.5, a IT helpdesk management software, provides unparalleled ease in use, prompting self service and self search for solutions on online knowledge base in the system. Wipro eAsset is an automatic asset scanning module for managing desktop, laptops and servers, which provides a comprehensive tool for problem tracking, online self service, knowledge management, software change and configuration management.


Wipro eHelpline, launched primarily for the Indian market is nearly 40% cheaper than any existing e-enabled helpdesk product available. It comes with an inaugural offer of free one-year maintenance for customers coupled with a variety of features.
