Your Instagram feed is getting a little more inclusive.
Love Has No Labels, a campaign from the Ad Council that works to spread awareness about prejudice, is targeting Instagram users in a series of new ads. The photo-based spots are an effort to start a conversation around four categories — race, sexuality, disability and religion.
The goal? To make users see the harms of implicit bias by exploring how they judge others.
The Love Has No Labels campaign is best known for a PSA that went viral earlier this year, which used an X-ray screen as a metaphor of looking beyond bias. The video has had more than 150 million views across video streaming channels, and the Ad Council hopes to continue the conversation with the help of social media.
