India is bursting today with thoughts of entrepreneurship. As a nation we are moving away from the “find a good job” mindset, to exploring our interests and new avenues as means of making a living. Young professionals are showing the courage to listen to what they really want to do and taking the plunge. I am confident that this wave is going to produce a new India – one which is bubbling with enterprising thoughts and endeavours.

But how do you choose an idea over the other. Which idea has a good potential of becoming a business?

In this two part article, a  model inspired from Chakravyuha is presented to help answer some of the questions that entrepreneurs can use to help them answer these critical questions for themselves.
