The Entrepreneurship Summit by E-Cell, IIT Bombay

The Entrepreneurship Summitis a unique initiative by E-Cell, IIT Bombay which serves as a social forum for the Entrepreneurial Community, bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors and academicians on a common platform to interact and help build successful enterprises.
The Summit’s theme is Changing Mindsets, Creating Leaders’.

E-Summit 12 is a two day-long networking forum and will include panel discussions, speaker sessions, start-up fair, international workshops along with exciting competitions & events for aspiring and budding entrepreneurs.

This year the Summit will be featuring some eminent names such as Gaurav Gupta(Partner and Regional Director for Asia, Dalberg), VSS Mani (Founder, Just Dial), Bharat Goenka (Managing Director, Tally solutions), R Sriram (Founder, Crossword), Haresh Chawla (ex-CEO, Network 18)and many more.

E-Summit gives a platform to entrepreneurs to display their start-ups, their products and services in ourStart-up Expo.

Business mentoring hubenvisioned a business acumen platform where experts from various sectors will diagnose the partially built plans and strategies.

The finals of Eureka! 11, Asia's largest Business Plan competition & Pitch It! 11, a funding platform for start-ups will be held in the Summit.


Competitions like Ideastorm, Ignite, Adventures, Business Simulation Game, Idea Generation game will provide a perfect opportunity to bag yourself a lot of cash and kinds along with the exposure.

Apart from this, Virtual Stock Market Game, first ever real time web-based Stock Market Simulation Game, will be hosted from 23rd-25th Jan, 2012. Pre registrations for it will be opened from 12th January onwards.
Apart from this, a series of workshops  at E-Summit 12 will be conducted by experts such as Jim Beach (Founder, School for Start-ups),Christian De Neef (Owner/Consultant at Fast Track Consulting, Belgium & Director of Business Consulting at Fujitsu), Suresh Bharwani (Chairman and Managing Director,Jetking Infotrain Ltd)on the active topics like Business Modelling, Low risk & zero investment venture, Know your entrepreneurial DNA, Leadership programme and many more.
